Abstract painting was always something I had assumed was easy. That was, until I tried it myself. The mind loves order and patterns – totally at odds to the chaos required to produce something abstract. I found it so hard to avoid straight lines and regular shapes. Regardless, it makes a good backdrop for this outfit that almost exactly matches the colours of the paint, and how often do you get to match lip colour to paint? 😉
Paints used: Winsor & Newton Galeria Acrylic Titanium White, Burnt Umber, Cadmium Red, Cadmium Orange, Cerulean Blue, Cadmium Yellow, Sennelier Abstract Ultramarine Blue, some oil paint on top, and I used 2 canvases from this Canvas triple pack.
